Tanika works as a Manager at Global Health Strategies, leading efforts on the South-South Cooperation portfolio. With six years of experience spanning law, media and legislative research, Tanika has cultivated a strong background in public policy and political research. Prior to joining GHS, she worked as a legislative and policy assistant to a few Indian Members of Parliament, wherein her work focused on curating parliamentary interventions, political and policy documents collaterals around welfare policies. In her current role, she leverages her diverse experiences and her research bent to develop research and advocacy collaterals with a focus on advocacy tools, strategic communications, and stakeholder management to drive conversations on collaborations and innovations. In her spare time, she likes to do picnics, read Calvin and Hobbes, and write stories.
