Tania comes with a decade and a half year of experience in public policy and strategic communications. She joins us from MSL where she led the policy and social impact practice. At MSL, she worked on policy and regulatory issues in the sectors of health, crypto, digital payments, education, online gaming space aviation, alco-bev and metals to name a few. She has also extensively worked with the governments at the centre and state level in India including Ministry of Health, Swachh Bharat, Jal Jeevan Mission, MeITY, Ministry of Ayush and has been responsible for leading communications for the offices of Ambassadors representing a G20 country, Uzbekistan and Norway. With the social impact practice, she was responsible for setting up the partnership and CSR verticals for profit and non-profit clients like Coco Cola, Dell, Uber, Ola , Wework, Reach to Teach , CDRI, AVPN, Safe Zindagi, Nudge Foundation, Quest Alliance to name a few.

She has a degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. When not working she loves to travel and is an avid reader. She is currently pursuing her law degree in Human rights from the National Law School, Bengaluru, and is learning Spanish.
