With a strong foundation in research and communications in public health, Sunaina has worked on diverse projects to drive meaningful change. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Warwick, where she conducted a research project examining the psychological impact of screening and its influence on uptake.
Sunaina has also collaborated with a clinical psychologist on a research initiative exploring how outdoor therapy can support people recovering from complex trauma, disseminating findings through a series of blog posts. Passionate about improving access to healthcare, she uses her skills to translate complex research into clear, actionable insights to engage diverse audiences.
She also holds a BA in Linguistics from University College London. As an undergraduate, she interned at Fashion Roundtable Ltd. in London, where she contributed to policy reports, engaged with stakeholders, to update them on ethical consumerism regulations. This experience sharpened her skills in research and advocacy, which she aims to develop further to address critical public health issues.
