Kaitlyn Randol is a communications and public engagement strategist with deep experience in political campaign and advocacy work. Across her career, she has worked on projects ranging from local urban planning issues to national health care policy. After first working on the Obama re-election campaign in 2012 as a field organizer, Kaitlyn was a political consultant in Colorado and then launched her own practice in 2018. Most recently before joining Global Health Strategies, Kaitlyn earned a MSc in international development management from the London School of Economics.
In her work as a Director at GHS, she brings communications expertise and a penchant for finding ways to cut through the noise to deliver targeted, nuanced messaging that resonates with audiences. Kaitlyn is particularly passionate about childhood development, having served on the board of a children’s choir and acting as a volunteer girls lacrosse coach. She is an honors graduate of Pennsylvania State University with degrees in Religious Studies and Political Science.
