Houston Kilby is a Junior Associate, passionate about using strategic communications to advance global cooperation and equity in global health. She began her career as an intern with the World Bank’s Global Partnership for Social Accountability, supporting efforts to engage governments and civil society in accountable, community-driven development projects on the communications and programmatic teams. She later served as an External Affairs and Institutional Advancement Fellow at Meridian International Center, helping to produce events that brought together leaders from the diplomatic, philanthropic, private, and public sectors, and to support public diplomacy efforts.
Houston holds a B.A. in Anthropology with a minor in Government from Dartmouth College, where she was involved in gender-based violence prevention, social impact initiatives, and biological anthropology research. Through Dartmouth’s French Foreign Study Program in Paris, she gained professional proficiency in French and developed a passion for travel and intercultural exchange.
