Diana is a Senior Project Associate in the South-South Cooperation team at GHS. She is a seasoned development sector professional with experience in project management and research. In her five-year journey in implementing impactful initiatives, she has navigated the landscape of livelihood promotion, with a focus on themes such as women empowerment, climate change, and the enhancement of local governance systems in India. Her professional journey has taken her across diverse states, where she actively engaged in on-the-ground experiences, honing a keen insight into the myriad factors that influence communities. Her goal is not only to understand but to actively advocate for the betterment of communities, using her nuanced comprehension of the challenges they face by contextualizing her learnings. Prior to GHS, she has worked with NGOs based in Delhi and also State Rural Livelihood Missions; implementing various projects.
