Denz is a public health researcher and policy specialist with a strong focus on health equity, maternal and child health, and population health in low and middle income settings. He holds a master’s degree in Global Policy with a specialization in International Public Health Policy from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. His work spans research, monitoring and evaluation, and policy analysis across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, with experience leading multi country and national studies on childhood immunization and rare diseases.
He led the monitoring and evaluation of a quasi experimental study in Indonesia examining the impact of digital demand generation on immunization knowledge, attitudes, practices, and uptake, and has contributed to regional research informing policy discussions at the Southeast Asia level. Denz has co-authored regional reports, policy briefs, and public health publications that translate evidence into actionable policy and program recommendations. He is proficient in epidemiological studies, biostatistics analysis, and public policy evaluation.
