With a strong interest in gender inclusion, equitable healthcare, and socio-economic policy, Anannya is committed to deepening her understanding of meaningful development while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Prior to this, she worked at The Udaiti Foundation on women’s labour force participation, consulting with NSE-listed top companies, industry bodies, and media partners on national advocacy initiatives, including CNBC.

Anannya holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dog, and is an improviser who loves performing.
