Amrita has spent the last few years moving between field sites and policy rooms, working across public health, partnerships, and strategic communication. Previously with The Antara Foundation, she helped translate data and program learnings from rural Madhya Pradesh into compelling insights for government and donor partners. Before that, she worked with Swaniti Global and the National Skill Development Corporation, supporting governance and skilling programs across states.
She has studied Sociology at Indraprastha College and Conflict Transformation at Lady Sriram College(LSR), and is drawn to questions around access, equity, and how policy plays out in real life.
Amrita brings a mix of systems thinking and narrative clarity to her work, with a strong belief in the power of well-told evidence. She’s especially interested in how public health stories move, across sectors and stakeholders, and is most energized by collaborative teams, sharp ideas, and well-timed humour.
