Alika started her journey in social impact as a research assistant for parliamentarians, lawyers, and academics. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and has over two years of experience in strategic communications. Her experience includes working closely with the CEO’s office and helping to establish the policy advocacy and communications vertical at her former organization, Aangan Trust, which focuses on child safety and protection.

At GHS, she hopes to utilize her prior experience while continually building her knowledge of the sector to effectively bridge the gap between evidence-based solutions to public healthcare problems and the communities they aim to serve, thereby ensuring a more equitable and accessible healthcare delivery system
