Alex Kendall is a Senior Vice President in GHS’ New York office. Since joining GHS in 2013, Alex has led campaigns, events and coalitions on sexual and reproductive health and rights, women’s leadership, health system strengthening, vaccine delivery and more. Prior to joining GHS, Alex served as a Global Health Policy Analyst for the Congressional Research Service, where she worked with members of the U.S. House and Senate on legislation and funding related to global health, gender-based violence and post-conflict/disaster reconstruction. She has also lived in Haiti, Senegal, Rwanda, South Africa and Cambodia, where she worked on health and education programs. She holds an MA in International Relations from Yale University and a BA in Political Science from Macalester College.
