With over a decade of experience, Zoya specializes in translating complex, technical ideas into clear narratives that drive measurable impact. Her work spans neglected tropical diseases, vector borne diseases, and blood disorders, with a focus on integrating digital storytelling, media engagement, and innovative communications to accelerate outcomes.
Prior to focusing exclusively on public health, Zoya led integrated and digital-first campaigns for marquee government initiatives including the Swachh Bharat Mission and managed mandates across technology, consumer goods, renewable energy, and aviation sectors. In parallel, she co-founded Aslee, a sustainability-focused venture partnering with women-led manufacturing units to produce eco-conscious apparel and homeware, an experience that strengthened her commitment to responsible consumption and women’s economic empowerment.
Outside of work, Zoya enjoys improv comedy, sushi, and exploring the cultural nuances that shape how ideas endure.
