Archna has worked with development organizations in the livelihood and public health sectors on a range of issues, such as fair trade, HIV\/AIDS, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and clefts.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining GHS, Archna worked with the International Planned Parenthood Federation (SouthAsia Regional Office), where she provided technical assistance to Member Associations in\u00a0implementing projects on HIV\/AIDS, family planning, and sexual and gender-based violence.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, she worked with the International Resources for Fairer Trade where she conducted research and helped set up market linkages for fair trade products produced by agribusiness micro, small and medium enterprises in India.
