He has a thorough understanding of accounting and financial principles, processes and practices. He is adept in preparation of business plans, budgets/AOPs and variance analysis between budgets and actuals. In addition, he is proficient in the development, documentation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business processes to ensure efficient functioning across the organization.

He also has the experience of grant management, which includes various functions like budget planning, regulatory compliances, complying with reporting requirements and project monitoring. He also has experience in reviewing and implementation of internal control measures to improve operational efficiencies in an organization.
