Lilian has a degree in in Business Administration with nineteen years of experience in management and finance of non-profit organizations. Prior to joining GHS Lilian, worked at Spetaculu – an NGO that works with vulnerable youth to promote their empowerment by providing specialized training programs that enable them to join the work force in technical positions in the arts, especially, film and stage production. Ms. Abramento also spent fourteen years at CEDAPS, a health and development NGO working in low-income communities to create local-based solutions to promote equity, health and social development.
