Deepak is a Program Associate and has been working on GHS’s RMNCH+A and Nutrition project in Uttar Pradesh since 2012. He holds a Master’s degree in Social work from Allahabad University.

Deepak has extensive experience in planning and implementation of public health programs. Prior to joining GHS, he worked with organizations such as WHO for polio eradication and PATH, where he supported in implementation of Polio and Routine Immunization programs. He has more than 12 years of field experience and worked in high priority states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi. During his last tenure, he designed and implemented a robust, computerized recording and reporting mechanism in Delhi within 2 years. He also provided his technical support to strengthened cold chain points of district Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh as per the national guidelines and developed excel based automated Micro-plan for better implementation of Routine Immunization services in the district. As a Program Associate he is working closely with political leaders and state level government officials under the RMNCH+A and Nutrition project.
