Olivia joins GHS as a Junior Associate, with a passion for innovating around health challenges by building stronger bridges between science, government, and local communities. She is a recent graduate of Harvard College, where she studied Neuroscience along with Global Health and Health Policy. Olivia has experience in nonprofit communications and policy research across a range of issues, including civic engagement as a determinant of health, racial disparities in health, and barriers to health for incarcerated populations.
During college, Olivia was a chair of the Harvard Kennedy School Institute of Politics’ Policy Program and a board member of the Global Alliance for Medical Innovation, a student-led nonprofit. She formerly interned at the Harvard Global Health Institute, contributing to various projects with the programs and communications teams. Olivia also worked in several capacities at Vot-ER, where she ultimately served as Associate Director of Policy and Communications and supported efforts to build federal support for nonpartisan healthcare-based voter registration initiatives.
