Evan is a Junior Associate, committed to strengthening health systems in resource-constrained settings. He was first introduced to global health through his role as the lead grant writer and programmatic assistant of the Eritrean Women’s Community Center in Tel Aviv, where he led fundraising efforts to sustain the center’s food-aid initiatives. Since then, Evan has supported migrant health initiatives in Chicago with Heartland Alliance International, worked to expand access to care in Lima, Peru, with Partners in Health, and developed global health communication campaigns alongside his colleagues at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy.
Evan recently earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Global Health from Dartmouth College. Conversational in Spanish and skilled in data analysis and strategic communication, he brings analytical rigor, hands-on experience, and a passion for effective health communication to support the impactful work of GHS and its clients.
