Prior to joining GHS, Sarah crafted strategies to engage clinicians from over 120 countries as a Communications Associate at OPENPediatrics, a global health organization leveraging technology to promote worldwide knowledge sharing. She also has experience in nutrition and food systems reform, having worked to improve school food policies as a FoodCorps service member.
Sarah holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Global Health from Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT. She participated in a global health and development focused study abroad program in Kenya, where she completed an independent research project examining economic opportunities for female fish traders in Western Kenya. Sarah has also interned on an organic farm, at John Snow, Inc., and at Boston Healthcare for the Homeless.
