Nidhi Dubey, a lawyer by training, has over 20 years of experience in the development sector, specialising in designing and leading behaviour change campaigns. Over these years, she has worked with Lawyers Collective, Richard Gere Foundation and John Hopkins University- Centre for Communications Program where she designed 360 degree campaigns addressing stigma related to HIV/AIDS, Condom Promotion, HIV testing, Tuberculosis, Immunization, Child Health and Girls’ Education and Empowerment.
Nidhi brings her expertise in advocacy and communications to her current role as Global Health Strategies’ Senior Vice President in India. Her work focuses on health of women and adolescent girls that includes family planning, sexual and reproductive health rights, maternal and new-born health services. Nidhi also serves as the Country Representative for Girl Rising India, a non-profit under the aegis of GHS. She has been successfully spearheading the Girl Rising campaign in India that focuses on increasing the value of girls’ education.
