Natalia Veras holds a degree in Journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. After working at GHS Brazil as a communications intern, she joins the team as a Junior Associate. In addition to supporting projects around sexual and reproductive health and rights and environment, she dedicates herself to enhance media coverage on the issues GHS works and engage journalists. Prior to joining GHS, she interned for a year as a reporter and editor at Radio PUC. She has written many stories on issues such as health, international relations and, especially, human rights. While pursuing her degree, she conducted research on the refugee situation in Brazil and produced an independent podcast on teenage pregnancy.
