Kathleen Sherwin serves as Global Talent Advisor and has served as a consultant since 2012 overseeing talent management and recruiting strategies. Kathleen works independently with advocacy, nonprofit and political organizations in the areas of strategic planning, organizational development and talent management and has served such organizations as Women Deliver, Center for Reproductive Rights, Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Girls Write Now.
Prior to her time as a consultant, Kathleen served as Senior Advisor and Director, Office of the President for Cecile Richards at PPFA and held several senior management roles at Binnacle Capital, TechFoundation and C3 Conferencing. Kathleen has also served as a political consultant for the White House, DNC and three US Presidential campaigns and began her political career as the youngest full time paid staff member in history when she worked for Vice President Al Gore and the campaign in 2000, at the age of 17.
Kathleen received her BS in Marketing Communications from Emerson College and her Executive MBA (EMBA) from the NYU Stern School of Business.
