Courtney Hamilton is a communications and advocacy strategist with a passion for social impact. Over the course of the last decade, her work has touched everything from corporate social responsibility (Levi Strauss & Co.) and technology, entertainment & design (TED) to environment & sustainability (NRDC, Solar Impulse) and global health & development (USAID, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation).
At Global Health Strategies, Courtney has led teams working in a variety of issue areas, including family planning, superbugs, child health, polio, nutrition and women’s rights & well-being. In this role, she’s driven the communications strategy for events involving heads of state, placed tens of thousands of stories in international and top-tier outlets, and helped shape public discourse around the issues that matter most in global development.
