Allie Bailey Hughey is a Senior Director with a passion for strategic partnerships. She graduated in 2014 with a Master of Public Health degree and a certificate in Global Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego.

Prior to joining GHS, Allie spent most of her career in the Kingdom of Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) working with the Ministry of Health to increase access to health services. She brings experience in health policy development and implementation, building partnerships for impact and operational research to improve health service delivery for HIV, HPV vaccination, viral hepatitis and cancer treatment. Allie also worked in Tanzania and Zambia training service providers within community-based referral networks how to employ quality improvement methods to deliver high quality client referrals.
