Mireille Williams Sharp is a Manager at Global Health Strategies. She joined GHS after graduating with an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. At Goizueta, she co-founded a student-run impact investing fund and was on the student advisory committee for the Global Health Institute. While in school, Mireille interned at Gray Matters Capital, an impact investing firm, and at biotechnology giant Genentech. Academic highlights included a project for an urban farm in Atlanta and travels to Nicaragua and Costa Rica as part of a social impact course.
Prior to business school, Mireille spent two years at the Rockefeller University as a research assistant in the development office. She graduated with a BA in Economics and Public Health from the College of William & Mary. During college, Mireille spent two summers in Nairobi, Kenya, conducting research on access to healthcare and interning with a Kenyan NGO. Her interest in global health began at an early age, having grown up in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Swaziland, and Cambodia.
