Joining Global Health Strategies as a consultant in 2012, Kathleen serves as Global Talent Advisor overseeing talent management and recruiting strategies. Most recently Kathleen served as Advisor at Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) working to attract, recruit and train exceptional individuals for both the national office and federation. As Advisor she was responsible for managing talent acquisition and recruitment of 275+ plus full time staff and previously served as Advisor to the President, Cecile Richards, and helped create and launch the Office of the President in late 2010.
Prior to PPFA, Kathleen has held several senior management roles at Binnacle Capital, TechFoundation and C3 Conferencing. Kathleen has also served as a political consultant for the White House, DNC and the past three US Presidential campaigns, and began her political career as the youngest full time paid staff member when she worked for the Gore Presidential campaign in 2000, at the age of 17.
Kathleen received her BS in Marketing Communications from Emerson College and attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Harvard University. She is currently pursuing her Executive (MBA) from the NYU Stern School of Business.
